Independent Living Support Coach - Direct Care
ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health
West Family Services LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide in-home support for individuals with special needs. You will coach independent living skills, assist with daily activities, and help ensure a safe, positive living environment.
The role requires patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal abilities, with responsibilities including meals, hygiene, budgeting, transportation, and companionship. Both full-time and part-time options are available.
