Leasing Specialist

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Leasing Specialist to join our team in Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the property. Key Responsibilities Assist prospective tenants by providing information about available units and leasing terms. Conduct property tours and answer questions regarding leasing policies and procedures. Process lease applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant communications. Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures with tenants and maintenance staff. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues. Collaborate with property management to ensure occupancy goals are met. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Customer service focused with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
