Paraeducator Position
Applications are being accepted for the position of Paraeducator for the 2026-27 school year.
Paraeducators work in individual or small group settings, assisting students with academic, behavioral, verbal, personal care, and independent living skills.
Specific assignment and hours worked to be determined.
Must meet ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) regulatory requirements - minimum of 48 college credit hours or obtain a passing score on ParaPro Assessment
Schedule Type:
School year approximately 35 hours weekly
Salary Range dependent on qualifications and assignment:
$18.00/hour w/GED or HS diploma (see additional education qualifications above)
$19.00/hour w/Bachelor's Degree
$20.00/hour with current Nebraska Teaching Certificate (Initial, Standard, or Professional) or current Nebraska Substitute Teaching Certificate
