Responsibilities also include assuring that patient care needs are met in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures in an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. Work situations are varied and require prioritization, ability to use discretion, good judgment, problem solving, independent decision-making and strong leadership skills. Internal contacts include staff and management throughout OMC. External contacts include patients, families, physicians, and peers.***EDUCATION***High school graduate or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of formal imaging technology training in an AMA approved school preferred. Medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy preferred. ***EXPERIENCE***Three years supervisory experience preferred.
