Hospice Registered Nurse, RN

Overview We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position providing end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Kansas City, MO area. The role includes a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key milestones. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently while coordinating with team members. Travel to patient homes within assigned territory. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state of Missouri. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
