Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCAS or LCSW-A) – Outpatient Addiction Treatment | Raleigh, NC

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCAS or LCSW-A) to join our multidisciplinary team in Raleigh, NC. What You'll Do:
\n • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, intakes, admissions, transfers, and discharges
\n • Develop individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments
\n • Provide individual, group, and family counseling
\n • Deliver a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient counseling each week
\n • Supervise and mentor Substance Abuse Counselors while supporting their professional development
\n • Identify clinical and case management needs and coordinate appropriate care
\n • Educate patients on recovery, relapse prevention, and overall wellness
\n • Obtain urine drug screens and patient identification documentation
\n • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, CARF, and company standards
\n • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, and leadership to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:
\n • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
\n • Active North Carolina LCAS or LCSW-A license required
\n • Experience providing behavioral health, mental health, addiction, or substance use counseling preferred
\n • Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and crisis intervention skills
\n • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
