Client Services Manager - Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our State College, PA Pediatric Home Care office .

As a Client Services Manager, you'll receive hands-on experience in client services, operations, business development, employee engagement, and team leadership . You'll work closely with Clinical Managers and office leadership while developing the skills needed to take on increasing responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure high-quality pediatric home care

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs

• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload

• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations

• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership

• Monitor key metrics, including admissions, referrals, and caseload performance

• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees

• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery

• Take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required

• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred

• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus

• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility

• Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset

• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
