Electroencephalography Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Electroencephalography (EEG) Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality EEG services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform EEGs on patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required, sharing responsibilities with team members.

Schedule Details

This position involves a standard work schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, with required on-call rotation during weekends and outside of normal business hours.

Orientation

The first shift will serve as orientation, consisting of 4 non-billable hours.

Holiday Requirements

Participation in a holiday rotation is required, with an expectation of 1 to 2 holidays annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital EEG inpatient and outpatient setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification is required; R. EEG T. ABRET certification is preferred.
• New graduates will not be considered for this position.
