Wellness Nurse
Burr Ridge Senior Living
Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support residents through clinical monitoring and coordination with the care team. You will assist with admissions, ensure care aligns with plans, and support physicians and nursing staff in maintaining high regulatory standards. The role requires an active nursing license (LPN/RN), experience in geriatric assessment, and a collaborative, compassionate approach to resident care.
