Job Description
As the Associate National Account Manager – Retail eCommerce for our Moen brand, you will build strong partnerships with major retail accounts, focusing on omni-channel assortments, merchandising, messaging, and a strong emphasis on ecommerce efforts. Together, you will help expand Moen’s brand presence among key retail accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration and understands the pace, scale, and operational complexity of large omni-channel retail environments.
In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams and customers to support growth initiatives, share insights from the market, and coordinate programs that enhance the visibility and success of our products. You will also contribute valuable perspective on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, helping teams work together to continuously improve the customer experience.

POSITION LOCATION: This position is eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement and requires up to 30% domestic travel to support customer engagement. Candidates must reside near a major airport to accommodate travel requirements.
While remote candidates will be considered, preference will be given to candidates based near Deerfield, IL or Bentonville, AR.
For candidates based near Deerfield, IL, this position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The campus offers vibrant, collaborative workspaces, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness, and recreation.
What you will be doing
- Partner with assigned accounts to support achievement of annual top-line sales plans on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to develop account strategies and shared plans that support Moen product success.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase product visibility within existing accounts.
- Coordinate and support marketing and promotional initiatives that help retailers effectively showcase Moen products.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with account stakeholders.
- Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer experiences through supplier portals, store visits, sales data, and industry networking.
- Support key ecommerce initiatives with assigned accounts and internal stakeholders including retail media, online marketplace coordination, content, and brand awareness efforts.
- Serve as a trusted connection between customers and internal teams, sharing insights that help shape future opportunities.
- Apply financial awareness to help identify opportunities that benefit both Moen and retail partners.
- Share ideas for process improvements and collaborative solutions that enhance account support and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of customer programs, launches, and ongoing initiatives.
- Foster positive customer relationships by providing responsive support, thoughtful communication, and dependable follow-through.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
- Experience working with national, club, or mass retailers or e-tailers with an understanding of the retail sales process.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze sales data and develop customer-facing presentations.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing SKU-level sales performance, category trends, and competitive activity to support account planning and business decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners.
- Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: __
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Prior experience using Scintilla, Madrid, POL and/or Circana to compile and analyze retailer performance and category trends.
- Prior experience supporting Walmart.
- Experience supporting high-volume strategic retail accounts with advanced replenishment, item setup, and digital commerce requirements.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $85,000 USD . Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
