HealthFirst Bluegrass is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician who enjoys helping patients, supporting pharmacists, and keeping a busy pharmacy running smoothly. In this role, you will greet patients, process prescriptions and refills, assist with billing and inventory, answer pharmacy calls, and help ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional pharmacy support.
• Prepare, enter, fill, and organize prescriptions with accuracy and care.
• Support refill requests, e-scribe prescriptions, billing, inventory, and medication stock.
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, insurance companies, and team members to resolve prescription needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, a clean workspace, and a strong focus on service excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma plus pharmacy technician experience.
• Registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy; certification preferred.
• Bilingual Interpreting (English and Spanish)
• Strong communication, computer, math, and prescription interpretation skills.
• A positive attitude, dependable work habits, and a heart for serving patients.
