Advanced Practice Provider

The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan while serving as an essential member of a team-based care model. This position works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, medical assistants, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care that improves quality, access, and patient outcomes. The APP practices at the top of their license while contributing to shared clinical decision-making, preventive care, chronic disease management, and population health initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Missouri licensure (or eligible for licensure).
• Current DEA registration (or eligible).
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous primary care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
