• Experience or training as a paraprofessional, particularly within school settings

• Ability to effectively assist students with varying needs, including those requiring additional support
• A collaborative and flexible attitude, comfortable working alongside educators, therapists, and families
• Reliable, punctual, and organized, with a commitment to student confidentiality and wellbeing
• Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and social support to students under teacher supervision
• Assist in organizing instructional material and classroom activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom climate
• Support teacher-led lesson delivery and assist with group or individual student activities
• Help implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students who require accommodations
• Supervise students in classroom and non-classroom settings as needed
