A Typical Day in the Clinic Clinical leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor behavior therapists (RBTs). Holistic care: Facilitate a team‑based approach to treatment with families, staff, and therapy partners. Data‑driven treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real time. Family & staff training: Conduct meaningful parent training sessions and professional development for staff. Crisis & safety management: Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, therapeutic environment. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas or eligibility to obtain one. A compassionate professional who values perspective‑taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
