Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Onsite | Self-scheduled call rotation with a team of 3

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating RN coverage in a cardiovascular operating room environment handling cases including CABG, valve procedures, TAVR, VATS/thoracotomy, robotic lung, and aneurysm repair
• Must be able to circulate outside of the CVOR, specifically for C-sections
• Participate in a call rotation shared among a team of 3, with expected call of approximately 10 days per month when fully staffed and up to 15 days per month depending on staffing levels
• Respond to call within 30 minutes as required
• Rotate holiday call with the team
• Float within the main OR or Outpatient Surgery Center as needed; no floating to other sites

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to circulate in the CVOR setting
• Ability to circulate for C-sections outside of the CVOR
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate; candidates living within 80 miles are considered local and subject to a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with complex cardiovascular cases including TAVR, VATS, and robotic-assisted procedures
• Familiarity with self-scheduling and collaborative call rotation models
• Prior experience working in a low-volume, high-acuity CVOR environment
