**Job Overview:**
As a member of our wait staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations for food and drink items based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need.
- Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area for service.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a wait staff or customer service role preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
