About The Opportunity As a Procurement Associate for Wonder you will work collaboratively & cross functionally with the merchant team, forecasting team, warehouse operations & accounts payable. You will ensure that all raw materials arrive to the Wonder production & distribution facilities in time and in specification. The Impact You Will Make Develop & maintain positive relationships with supplier partners via e-mail, virtual meetings & direct calls. Sustain proper inventory levels by evaluating/submitting purchase orders & ensuring they are delivered on time. Address & rectify any quality concerns of raw materials presented by culinary & operational teams to supplier partners. Communicate forecasting changes to supplier partners. Work cross-functionally to meet launch dates of new raw materials. Evaluate reporting to minimize waste at production & distribution facilities. What You Bring to the Table 2+ years in a supply chain position, preferably food experience within foodservice or retail setting. Team player that appreciates other points of view & ideas. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Has a sense of urgency & great attention to detail. Able to grasp concepts quickly and apply the learning. Self-starter that does not mind seeking answers & information. Embraces a fast-paced environment & can pivot as needed. Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you. #LI-Hybrid Location & Salary New Jersey: $75,000 - 78,500 per year. Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
