We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment Job Title: Nurse Case Manager II Location: Must reside in Wayne and Macomb Counties of MI. Duration: 03 Months Pay rate: $40.00 - $44.00 on W2 Job Description: Role: Candidates should be either in one of these counties (Wayne and Macomb) very close to it. They will be traveling to this region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments using clinical tools and data review Evaluate member eligibility, benefits, and healthcare needs Develop and implement case management plans Coordinate with internal teams and external providers/services Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and company guidelines Promote cost-effective and quality healthcare outcomes Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care) Experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry Strong computer skills (ability to navigate multiple systems) Excellent verbal and written communication skills ASK Consulting is an equal opportunity employer.
