Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including JCAHO accreditation standards, through rigorous policy implementation and staff training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff to cultivate a motivated and competent team.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize service delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with executive leadership regarding clinical initiatives, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management within a clinical setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards and accreditation processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, and protocols that align with industry best practices.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
