Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Ridgedale Center - Minnetonka, MN)

Overview Fabletics is looking for a Retail Part‑Time Sales Lead at the Ridgedale Center store in Minnetonka, MN. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience in both online and retail environments while supporting sales and operations. The Sales Lead reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Embodies company culture and provides insight to customers on product knowledge. Engages customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products. Drives customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provides training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations. Collaborates with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicates inventory and training needs to Management to improve the customer experience. Maintains store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer journey. Provides and nourishes feedback to Management for continuous improvement. Seeks excellence by meeting or exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serves as a resource for general product knowledge. Maintains personal sales and meets sales goals. Upkeeps safety and security standards and communicates potential issues. Unpacks boxes for inventory as required. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail experience. Prior retail management experience a plus. Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and related healthy activities. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. High comfort dealing with ambiguity and initiative. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated with strong communication skills. Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and working well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Must be 18 years of age or older.
