Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,700.00 – $134,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Manager, Branch Network Responsibilities The Manager, Branch Network is accountable for all service‑related and operational objectives for the branch. The role ensures execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and objectives through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve. You Will Oversee a team of nine or more employees with authority to hire and performance‑manage the team by setting and monitoring goals. Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic, and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas. Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members, ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect. This includes interviewing and training, assigning and directing work, performing evaluations, and recognizing performance. Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market, and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share. Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers. Balance operating expenses with a higher level of service, while seeking ways to improve processes and remove non‑value‑added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target. Promote district/region‑related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork. You Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. One or more years of management experience required. Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
