What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support account management activities and customer inquiries
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams
• Manage customer information through CRM and ERP systems
• Learn technical products and manufacturing processes
• Eventually take ownership of key customer accounts and contribute to business growth initiatives

• Internship experience in sales, marketing, business, customer service, technical writing, or related fields

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000-$70,000 base salary
• Performance-based annual bonus opportunity
• 401(k) with company match and additional company contribution
