Residential House ManagerCroyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. (C-NTA) is hiring several Residential House Managers to join our growing team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their group home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience who is ready to step into a leadership role—providing structure, support, and guidance to both the individuals we serve and the DSPs who care for them.If you enjoy mentoring others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can adapt to the needs of a 24/7 residential program, this position may be the perfect next step in your career.What You'll DoSupport adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals, building daily living skills, and being active in their communities.Serve as the first-line supervisor for DSPs by training, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring they meet C-NTA's expectations for quality and professionalism.Manage daily operations of a residential group home to ensure a safe, stable, and person-centered environment.Create staff schedules and ensure staffing levels meet required ratios.
