Manager - Indirect Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) Location: Primary Our mission is to build, sell and deliver differentiated tax technology solutions that enable our clients to manage their indirect tax obligations more efficiently and accurately. We focus on implementation/delivery and technology creation/support. As a manager, you'll design, promote and deliver major technology tools, including application development, data acquisition and transformation, and data analytics and visualization/reporting. You'll collaborate with tax‑technical subject matter professionals (SMPs) to develop and deploy data and technology solutions that enable efficient and effective delivery of quality tax consulting. Your key responsibilities Use technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of indirect tax services, participate in pursuit teams and service delivery teams, develop transformative solutions, foster deep client relationships, contribute toward building a diverse talented team and focus on quality and commercial value. Design technology solutions aligned with organization direction. Partner with others to gather requirements and formulate architecture. To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in technology, information science, accounting, or finance and minimum 5 years of related experience; or graduate degree and minimum 4 years. Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to a state bar. Hands‑on technical experience delivering innovative, data‑driven solutions with modern analytics and AI. Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Azure, IBM watsonx, or Databricks stack. Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies. Experience designing scalable, high‑performance databases, especially with Microsoft SQL Server. Strong communication skills for stakeholder management, framing value propositions, influencing decisions. Adaptive mindset to evolving customer needs, market conditions, technology trends. Strong organization and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environment. Management experience with cross‑functional project teams, mentoring, culture of performance. Ability to travel as required for client engagements. What we offer you Comprehensive compensation and benefits, including base salary range $142,600–$261,500 nationwide; higher ranges for NYC, Washington, California.
