Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Superintendent - Commercial Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, implementation, cost control and job site safety. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation * Allocate resources for assigned projects * Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors * Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients * Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications * Manage job site safety in line with company policies Qualifications: * Previous experience in construction management * Familiarity with Plan Grid/Autodesk Build software, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project a plus * Strong leadership qualities * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description Kopplow Construction is a commercial general contractor that has been in business in San Antonio and surrounding areas for over 50 years.
