Maintenance TechnicianJoin Our Team as a Maintenance Technician in our Thriving Flavor Manufacturing Plant!We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support our plant operations by maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep. This role is crucial in ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency across our production lines.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.Diagnose operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs.Safely install, modify, and upgrade plant equipment as required.Conduct routine inspections of machinery, reporting potential issues before they escalate.Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and general building infrastructure as needed.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs.Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document maintenance activities.Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), Hot Work, and Electrical Safety Standards.Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Provide backup support to other Maintenance Technicians when required.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED (Associate degree in a related field preferred).Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, sensors, switches, pumps, and conveyors.Experience working with 110V, 208V, and 460V three-phase electrical systems.Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (programming experience is a plus).Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and blueprints.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.Comfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.What We Offer:Competitive pay range $38 - $40 per hour based on experience and skills.Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.).Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A safe and supportive work environment that values teamwork and innovation.Join Our Team!If you're a highly motivated Maintenance Technician with a strong work ethic and passion for keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
