Schedule: M, W,TH in office if corporate; M-F at plant location; Eastern hours between a 7 a.m. start thru 6 p.m. end.

HM Intake Responses:
Must have:

Nice to have:
2+ years prior experience of supporting Data Warehousing solutions
Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules - Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to- Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
Experience with Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c databases, PL/SQL, SQL, Linux
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability interact with customers, vendors, other IT professionals, and management.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle

What is the approximate split of responsibilities between production support, project work, data warehouse development (SQL/ETL), and stakeholder coordination
DW Development and stakeholder coordination is used throughout
Prod Support: 70%
Project work: 30%

What level of stakeholder engagement is expected (e.g., leading intake calls, presenting leadership, managing offshore teams), and what level of leadership or ownership should the candidate demonstrate
Leading intake calls: 40%
Presenting leadership: 10%
Managing offshore teams: 50%
Leadership proficiency should be at a previously demonstrated level (i.e. has prior experience)
Ownership should be at the 90% level with some guidance from a more senior member of the team.

Candidate is expected operate at a level comparable experienced 3rd-party technical support partners, bringing deep technical expertise and independent problem-solving capability
Strong balance of technical depth (primary focus) and business process understanding (secondary)

Provide oversight of deployments, enhancements, and process changes
Coordinate, investigate, and resolve production support issues across systems
Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and technology expansions, including legacy system integrations
Ensure systems remain secure and compliant, maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture
Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives, including recommending system enhancements or replacements
Continuously expand skillset in line with evolving technologies and business needs
Lead and coordinate offshore technical team
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Provide direction, oversight, and quality control
Work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including: Business users (finance, procurement, etc.), Technical teams, External/3rd-party partners

Troubleshooting complex data/system issues
Stability collaborates with DBAs and make performance recommendations
Working knowledge of Linux environments
Awareness of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and impacts
Understanding of how data supports key business functions: Finance, Accounts Receivable / Credit, Procurement
Experience feeding or supporting data pipelines into: Hyperion, Reporting/data visualization tools

Aerospace Inc. is currently in search of an Oracle Global Data Warehouse, Senior Analyst join the Global Information Systems (GIS) organization at the Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role you will act as a liaison ts businesses and various customer groups as well as coordinate and lead the offshore teams in the support of the Oracle Global Data Warehouse which enables reporting consistency across Oracle, Hyperion, and Microsoft SQL Server / Power BI analytical applications that serve multiple finance and procurement functions.
Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving support issues, championing process improvements, coordinating technical work and support efforts across various infrastructure and application support teams.

Major Activities/Key Challenges:
Demonstrate fundamental understanding of business applications, processes, and technology.
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors.
Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance the developer teams. Ensure that all system development, change control standards and compliance processes are followed.
Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues, technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams.
Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions.
Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping the applications and their infrastructure up date.
Manage small large-scale projects working with stakeholders t plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners from across the company.
Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas of responsibilities for continuous optimization of support and testing
Collaborate with IT Business Architect define and maintain application roadmaps.
Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit, disaster recovery and various support documentations.
Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in the job requirements and changes in technology.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Information Technology
Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL
Working Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes and Data Security concepts
