Community Manager

As a Community Manager at Western National Group, you will be the face of the community and lead the daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience of a multimillion‑dollar multifamily community. This position offers $24.00 per hour, a one‑bedroom unit, a $2,000.00 sign‑on bonus (payment terms apply) with the potential to earn over $10,000 in bonus opportunities, and benefits that include health insurance, 401(k) matches, vacation and personal time off, and annual award/recognition events. Responsibilities Provide leadership and support in all facets of community management. Create a living environment that exemplifies California living at its best. Oversee daily operations and financial performance to optimize net operating income. Carry out the objectives of ownership and ensure compliance with landlord‑tenant and fair housing laws. Act as the primary point of contact for residents and represent the community in the local area. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience leading a leasing, maintenance, and grounds team. Proficiency with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting. Knowledge of maintenance operations and fair employment and housing laws. Computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus. Valid California Driver’s License with up‑to‑date car insurance and a clean driving record (some imperfections acceptable). High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
