At Peyton Company Great Clips salons, stylists can build a career and a future that they’re proud of because Great Clips is committed to each stylist’s success. You’ll have access to state of the art training programs and on-going trend training to help you achieve your best. No need to worry about building a customer base – customers walk right in at Great Clips. Training is provided to keep your skills top notch and cutting-edge technology like Clip Notes® and Online Check-In are a part of what we do to help your earnings potential soar.
The main goal for our stylists is to build meaningful customer connections. Stylists will help build a sense of comfort, freedom, and connection for our customers, that will keep them coming back for all their hair care needs!
We're currently looking for:
- Part time & full-time stylists & barbers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Reliability
- People who are dedicated to growing their skills & career
- Great customer service skills
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/province regulations
- Dedication to great customer service
- Commitment to follow the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer, every time, in every salon
- Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment
- Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants
- Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
- Skill to use a computer to track customer information
