POSITION - General Labor | Warehouse Associate

JOB LOCATION - Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE - Immediately, Feb 16, 2026

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temporary, 2-3 week job

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri)

STARTING PAY - $18.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Previous manufacturing experience preferred

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for inspecting pallets, including but not limited to loading product into a trailer by hand, plus cleaning duties as well as maintaining a safe working atmosphere by following the Company Safety Polices.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect pallets
• Empty trash cans and plastic wrap bins, bail plastic wrap
• Load the trailer with product including palletizing by hand
• Recycle green banding
• Clean underneath racking, run the floor sweeper/scrubber
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Ability to work alone and with others under busy conditions
• Prepared to work in cooler temperatures, average of 35 degrees
• Basic reading, communication, and math skills
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. consistently and to lift, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry throughout your shift
