Weighmaster

Job Description Weighmasters are the first and last point of contact for customers at our facility. This role focuses on customer service, accurate scale transactions, and basic regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the scale Process inbound and outbound scale transactions Collect fees and verify required paperwork Answer basic customer questions and emails Communicate issues to the Lead Weighmaster Keep scale area clean and organized Qualifications NJ Weighmaster Certification required Customer service experience preferred Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Mazza Recycling?
