Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding the patient's needs and progress.
• Document care provided and any changes in the patient's condition.
