The Entry Level Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales activities within a collaborative sales team environment. Reporting to a sales director, this position involves engaging with customers, processing orders, and handling sales transactions efficiently. The role is based on a standard weekday schedule with no travel requirements and offers training programs to support professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products
- Process and manage customer orders
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Exposure to QuickBooks preferred
Guaranteed increase in pay after your first 90 days.
