This position pays $18.42+tips from a shared tip pool. With tips included this position averages over $27/hr. We are a high-volume brunch restaurant so our schedules always include Sunday's and Saturdays. Join the Red Maple Team as a Barista! What You’ll Do Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Assisting customers with menu selections, including our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment. Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Upholding Red Maple’s commitment to quality and consistency in every cup. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and customer service. A friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
