The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team at the award-winning Las Vegas property! Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining. Hotel Website, Facebook, Instagram In this role, you will oversee the operations of Hard Shake and Peacock Alley primarily and assist in other outlets as needed. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and manage 1 Beverage Manager, 1 Assistant F&B Manager, and around 40 hourly team members. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of food & beverage management experience, experience leading other managers, and must have experience running multi-outlet operations. Preferred assets are experience managing a unionized team and a background in luxury hotels/resorts or fine dining restaurants.
