We are seeking a Hand Therapist , CHT preferable, to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs
  and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient's
  functional abilities in daily activities.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records in
  compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adapt therapy techniques based on patient response and feedback, ensuring a person-centered approach.
• Make a custom Orthosis when required.

Skills:

• Excellent patient care skills according to research and practice by experienced Orthopedic Therapists with a focus on empathy and support.
• Knowledge of the anatomy of the hand and ability to move patients in a positive direction regarding their ability to use their hand and pain relief.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Proven patient care skills with a focus on rehabilitation
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
• Experience in developing and implementing care plans
• Fabrication of custom orthosis is a requirement
• Knowledge of Spanish is ideal but not required
• Occupational Therapy License
• Masters degree
