Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory Services

What You Will Do Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality‑earnings reports. Research and financial analysis of target companies. Conduct due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service. Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm. Advance career within the transaction advisory services group. Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community. Invest in personal professional development through firm‑wide learning programs. Support growth and development of team members via the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates achieve professional goals. Qualifications 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines. Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred. High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; experience conducting complex financial analysis and generating data‑driven insights. Ability to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries. Comfortable interacting with senior‑level client personnel, including supporting preparation and participation in executive briefings. Salary and Benefits Pay rate range: $179,000 – $262,000. Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangement, and location.
