Whether you're an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we invest in your success through comprehensive training and resources.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.Help clients move safely within their homes or between locations, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities, such as conversation, hobbies, or light exercise.Observe and report changes in clients' physical or mental health to family members or supervisors promptly.Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities.Required Skills and ExperienceMaintain punctuality by arriving on time for all scheduled shifts and provide accurate documentation of daily care activities in client records.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their families.Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and other physical tasks.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and completing assigned tasks with precision.Exhibit adaptability and problem-solving skills to address clients' evolving needs.Uphold the values of the agency by providing care with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.Ability to use a mobile device for clocking in/out and service documentations.QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).Able to pass a Criminal background check as well as status report on Abuse Registry and Sexual Offender Registry.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role – Preferred.6 references (3 professional, 3 personal).BenefitsDental, vision, short-term disability, accident, cancer, and life insurance options.401(k) retirement savings plan.Paid time off (PTO) and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.Referral program.Daily pay access.Paid Orientation and Training.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
