Compensation: up to $86 per session. Dependent on licensure and CPT code

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and supervision to refine your therapeutic skills.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients, respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• Utilize flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs while balancing your personal and professional commitments.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing insights and offering encouragement to colleagues during team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed in mental health therapy, with a focus on client-centered care.
• Experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to diverse client populations.
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Proven track record of engaging in continuous professional development and training.
• Strong commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
