Inpatient PM&R Physician / Medical Director | Tyler, Texas Position Type: Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity About the Opportunity: Join a leading 49-bed Rehabilitation Center in Tyler, Texas, as an Inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician. This is a unique opportunity to step directly into a Medical Director role or join a leadership-track position with strong mentorship and administrative support to grow into directorship. Practice Details: 1.0 FTE position (80% clinical / 20% administrative) Join an experienced multidisciplinary team: 1 NP, PTs, nurses, and dedicated rehab staff Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
(flexible scheduling available) Call: 7 days per month, including 1 weekend Daily census: 16–20 patients EMR: Epic Teaching opportunities available Option for outpatient clinic if desired Compensation & Benefits: Base salary + wRVU production incentive CME allowance Commencement bonus Residency stipend (for qualified candidates) Medical debt assistance with Navigate Student Loans consultative services Relocation allowance Paid malpractice coverage Comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, and Texas state benefits package Marketing and practice growth assistance Potential eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
