Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans as prescribed by a licensed physician
• Administer occupational therapy treatments and therapeutic agents to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
• Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning within their capabilities
• Direct and plan occupational therapy modalities of treatment with a primary focus on the pediatric population
• Support patients in adapting to functional limitations and developing strategies for independent living

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
• Experience providing direct patient care in an occupational therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with pediatric patients in a clinical or medical setting
• Familiarity with evaluation and treatment planning for pediatric conditions and developmental needs
