Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Emergency Room-Night

Clinical Coordinator – Emergency Department – Night Shift Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72 per hour (determined by expertise and experience). Position Clinical Coordinator Location Swedish Hospital Hours Full Time: 36 hours per week. Night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends. What you will need License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an appropriate clinical setting required; prior management experience preferred. What you will do Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience. Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput. Assume direct patient care if necessary. Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s). Guide and direct a team of care‑givers in providing high-quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge. Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills. Takes lead on clinical performance management.
