Eureka Multifamily Group

Eureka Multifamily Group in Fargo, ND is seeking a Leasing Agent to handle apartment rentals, resident move-ins, and lease renewals, completing all required administrative paperwork and supporting resident retention. You will deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating tours, and presenting available homes. Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy targets, processing applications, gathering verification, following HUD/LIHTC guidelines, and posting rents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
