- 4+ years' Workday configuration experience is a must.
- Must have strong HRIS skills.
- Recruiting, HCM, Security, Talent, Performance, Calculated fields, Reporting and general understanding of Workday Integrations.
- Skilled in development, testing, configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces across Workday.
- In-depth knowledge of the Workday application and strong understanding of best practices within the Workday framework.
