Salary: $115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure Come join our team as a Licensed Facility Administrator at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations in one of our Dayton facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines. Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community. Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following: Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads. Assists with team member issue management Patient/Responsible party satisfaction. Accounts receivable Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program Manages the CMS Quality Indicators Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting) Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.
