The anticipated annual salary starts at $54,000 and is commensurate with experience. Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACSRD's.Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains confidentiality, adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations and upholds professional conduct at all times.What you will bring to the role:A High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.Must possess a valid driver's license Must have experience driving a 26' box truck.Union environment experience preferred.Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC. Additional information:This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will be based out of the Roble Rd. Allentown location but will be driving/delivering up to 40% of their time. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:The normal hours for this position are 8:00am-5pm at our Allentown location.
