Job Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. As needed, you will also prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed:
• Tuesdays: 6:00a - 2:00p
• Wednesday - Friday: 11:00a - 7:00p
• Every Other Weekend: 6:00a - 2:00p
• Wage:
• Dietary Aide: $15.00 per hour
• Relief Cook: $17.00 per hour
