Showing Agent Opportunity

Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build experience through a Showing Agent opportunity, work with active buyers connected to the Zillow Flex program, and develop the skills needed to grow into a successful Buyer’s Agent while earning rewarding commissions.

This opportunity provides direct exposure to motivated buyers who are actively searching for homes. You will learn how to conduct effective property tours, ask better questions, understand buyer priorities, and create meaningful conversations that help clients make informed decisions throughout the home search process. The goal is to go beyond simply showing homes and develop the communication and relationship-building skills that create long-term client trust.

You will work closely with experienced real estate professionals while gaining hands-on experience with buyer consultations, property searches, open houses, follow-up, and ongoing client communication. Through consistent activity, you will learn how successful agents guide buyers from their initial inquiry through contract and closing while maintaining a high level of service throughout the process.

The Zillow Flex program creates opportunities to stay engaged with active buyers while learning proven systems that support consistency and growth. As your confidence and experience increase, you will continue developing the skills needed to manage your own buyer relationships, generate referrals, and build a sustainable real estate business.

$150,000+ at plan commissions

• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

• Follow the team plan

• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

• Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
• Sales communication experience
