What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized perioperative care in cardiac, vascular, and transplant surgeries within a Level I Trauma environment.
• Scrub for complex CVOR procedures ensuring sterile technique and procedural excellence.
• Chart patient data accurately using the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt between fixed and rotating weekends on night shift.
• Complete 12-hour night shifts with no on-call requirements.

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year CVOR experience.
• At least 2 years in cardiac, vascular, or transplant settings.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma hospital preferred.
• Strong skills in cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant procedures.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
• Ability to work night shifts and be flexible with scheduling.
