Location: Winter Haven, FL | Schedule: Onsite Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Brooks Law Group is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Legal Intake Specialist to join our firm in Winter Haven, FL. We need someone committed to innovation, ready to advance with our growing firm and achieve our strategic goals. The Legal Intake Specialist must be highly organized and take pride in what they do, they will assist in various roles including occasional receptionist duties, greeting clients, gather information as the first contact of this firm, on the phone and internet regarding new clients. What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of legal or insurance experience (personal injury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Florida PIP laws
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
• Highly organized, proactive, and a true team player
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gather information, as the first contact of this firm, on the phone and internet regarding new clients
• Greet clients and office visitors with a pleasant voice and smile
• Schedule new client sign-ups
• Follow-up and manage referral system
• Support Administration and Legal Case Managers
• Maintain the front office area and the kitchen area when needed
• Effectively manage physical file space
• Prepare file for offsite storage
• Perform general office duties such as answering/transferring phone calls, typing, operating office machines and sorting mail
